Privacy Policy

What we collect

You can browse the site and open the free models without creating an account. If you sign in to set up a teacher account, we store the minimum needed to operate it:

• Your sign-in email address and sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft), handled through our authentication service, Supabase.
• An internal account ID and basic timestamps, such as when the account was created.
• If purchases become available in the future, the order references needed to connect a purchase to your account. No purchases are offered on the site yet.

What stays on your device

Your language choice and the teaching reference location you pick inside a model are saved in your browser only. They are not uploaded to our servers. We do not request GPS access, and we do not infer your location from your IP address.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no ad trackers.
• No selling of personal data.
• No student accounts, and no collection of student names, emails, grades or classroom behavior. Please do not enter students' personal information into the product.
• No third-party analytics scripts at this time. If we add analytics later, we will use a privacy-focused, cookieless tool and update this policy first.

Service providers

TelluMotion runs on established cloud infrastructure. These providers process technical data such as IP addresses, device information and security logs as a normal part of operating any website; we do not build our own long-term database of visitor logs.

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Cloudflare — domain and network services.

These providers may process data in the United States and other regions where they operate.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from the dashboard. Deletion removes your profile and model access and disconnects your sign-in identity. We keep a de-identified deletion receipt (a cryptographic reference that does not contain your email) and any minimal financial records the law requires us to retain. A request reference number is shown when deletion completes — keep it in case you contact support afterwards.

If you later sign in again with the same Google or Microsoft identity, a brand-new account is created without the old data.

Data retention

• Account data: kept until you delete your account.
• Security and infrastructure logs: retained by our service providers under their own policies, typically for short periods.
• De-identified deletion receipts: retained as proof that a deletion was carried out.

Children

TelluMotion is made for adult educators. Accounts are limited to users 18 or older. The product is not directed to children, has no student accounts, and the free model pages carry no ads and no behavioral tracking.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as the product evolves — for example, before introducing purchases — and change the date at the top.
