Email is the fastest way to reach us. To help us help you quickly, include what you were doing, the model name, your device and browser, and a screenshot if you can.
Accounts and deletion
- You can sign in with a Google or Microsoft identity; no separate password is stored.
- You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard at any time.
- When deletion completes, a request reference number is shown — save it before closing the page.
- Deletion is permanent. Signing in again with the same identity creates a brand-new, empty account.
- If you contact us about a completed deletion, include the request reference number.
Common questions
- Do students need accounts? No. There are no student accounts, and students never need to sign in.
- What does it cost? During the current preview, the models that open from the models page are free to use in the browser. Paid classroom bundles are planned for the future.
- What devices are supported? A modern browser on a laptop, desktop or tablet. The models are designed for projection on classroom screens and interactive whiteboards.
- Something looks scientifically off? The models deliberately simplify and exaggerate some scales to make processes visible. If something seems wrong beyond that, we genuinely want to know.
