These terms cover your use of the TelluMotion website and models. The service is currently a free classroom preview, so we have kept these terms short and in plain language. Separate purchase and refund terms will be published before any paid products go on sale.
The service today
TelluMotion offers interactive 3D Earth science models that run in the browser. During the current preview, models marked as open on the models page are free to use; other models are shown as previews only. No purchases are offered on the site yet.
Your account
- Accounts are intended for educators and other adults aged 18 or over.
- Sign in with your own Google or Microsoft identity and keep it accurate.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
What you may do
- Use the models for your own teaching, including projecting them in your classroom and on interactive whiteboards.
- Take screenshots for your own lesson materials.
- Share links to the public pages of this site.
What you may not do
- Copy, re-host, mirror or redistribute the model files themselves.
- Sell, sublicense or pass off the content as your own.
- Remove attribution or license notices.
- Probe, attack, overload or otherwise disrupt the service.
- Extract content with automated scraping tools.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with TelluMotion.
Educational use notice
The models are simplified teaching representations. Sizes, distances, speeds and colors may be exaggerated or schematic so that processes become visible in a classroom. They are built for education and must not be relied on for navigation, engineering, research or other professional purposes.
Availability and changes
The preview is provided as is. We aim to keep it reliably available for classrooms, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be withdrawn while the product is under active development.
Intellectual property
The site, models, artwork and text are © TelluMotion. Using the service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the free preview. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. Material changes — for example, when paid products launch — will be highlighted on the site.
